Messaggi raccomandati

Elgan è THE EDEL.

XD XD

Something I heard from people on /m/.

Apparantly on the normal route when the Black Knights turn on Zero after the reveal, of all the people in Zexis, it's Wufei who calls them out on how illogical and stupid they were being. Apparantly :

"Wufei points out that all of the Black Knight's reasons for turning on Zero are irrelevant. The fact that he's a Britannian prince means nothing, since he has thus far delivered on all of his promises. The fact that he's magic is irrelevant, since half your guys are. And furthermore, Zero is the commander of ZEXIS as a whole, not just the Black Knights so it's not their call to make.

And yet, his plight falls on deaf ears because the Black Knights go full moronic."

O Terada sta trollando ancora.

Lui è Evil!Masaki.

Evil!Masaki ha ucciso Fem!Good!

Vedremo in Z3.

General story stuff:

- Dark Continent is sealed off from the rest of the world by the synergy of the proton missile and Getter Rays

- Ribbons (and Amuro) cooperate with Charles zi Britannia. Thusly, the Knights of Round become Special Licensors within the A-LAWS.

-Secret Society, together with the Innovades, are both sponsors of the A-LAWS

- Firebug Unit was a special black ops squadron working for the Britannia Union. They performed a lot of ugly work, and their ultimate goal was to harness Dimensional Energy and control the DMs. One of their experiments accidentally summoned Moby Dick, aka Chaine Pisteil. It went on a rampage and destroyed Odis, TX. Crowe managed to save the orphaned Esther and fend off MD, but was ultimately punished for refusing to eliminate her (the sole surviving witness). Thus, he got disgusted and left. Their commander is Marilyn Catt, the reason for Crowe's aversion to women.

- The Holy Kingdom of Insalaum is the sovereign world-state occupying a parallel Earth. It is a monarchy ruled by the Saint King, with the current (73rd) heir being Uther Insalaum. It lost some 60% of its population and half of its surface while attempting to utilize a technology called ZONE during a war with Gaiou and his legions of Dimensional Beasts. Their access to dimensional technology comes courtesy of Aym Liared, who gave Anbrorn Jius (Minister of SCIENCE, basically) the ZONE and D-Extractor, as well as the location of ZEXIS' world. Their intention in invading our world is initially thought to be securing a new home for their 500 million surviving citizens. Their goal is to use the ZONEs in order to merge the ZEXIS world into their own world, which will restore their world at the expense of destroying our world.

- ZONE (Zodiac of New Energy) is a "forbidden" technology that was leaked to Anbrorn Jius by Aym during the war against Gaiou. According to Asakim, it is a device that draws massive quantities of Dimensional Energy from the Origin Law and concentrates it. Insalaum attempted to use it to defeat Gaiou, but succeeded only in destroying almost half of their planet's surface in the process. The ZONE protects itself by warping space to block damage, which Aym claims is stronger than 500 D-Faults (the barrier used by DMs) and would take an entire hour of concentrated fire from the whole of ZEXIS to destroy one. Insalaum deploys a total of six of them during their occupation of Earth: North America, India, Limoncia, French Polynesia, Dark Continent and the final one on the surface of Mars. The first two are sealed using the Spheres of Land Travis and Setsuko Ohara, the third is sealed by Asakim in a self-sacrificial gesture toward Crowe, the fourth is smashed by Gaiou by Carlos' request, and the fifth is destroyed by Carlos fatally utilizing Traia's ZONE Breaker device. It is initially thought that to be impossible to rescue people trapped in the ZONE until Gou helps Setsuko and Land escape using Shin Dragon, and Gaiou rescues his comrade Asakim.

- D-Extractor is a technology that was leaked to Anbrorn Jius by Aym during the war against Gaiou. It is a device that generates Dimensional Energy in proportion to the user's own willpower. Ergo, its output is intrinsically tied to its pilot's will. Anbrorn and Ywain both appear to believe that the power sources of Setsuko's Virgola Glory, Land's Ganleon and Crowe's Brasta are D-Extractors. The personal units of each of the High Knights is equipped with a D-Extractor.

- Abyss is a rupture in the dimensional boundary line that connects the various worlds. It only opens at specific times and under specific conditions, but allows passage between worlds with the correct timing. The Eternal is able to use it to travel to the ZEXIS world on instructions from Fudou GEN who appears to be the only person capable of moving between worlds at will. The Abyss is responsible for triggering the Anti-Spiral's Human Extinction System. Because the Abyss is currently acting as a conduit between the worlds of ZEUTH and ZEXIS, the Human Extinction System calculates both world's human populations together, which exceeds ten billion and initiates the second phase.

- Swaying Scales (揺れる天秤) is the Sphere of Crowe Broust, representing Libra. Its power is drawn out in response to strong emotions such as anger or sadness. The Curse manifests as a deprivation of the five senses toward anything that is not the focus of the user's thoughts, and an inability to think of anything else. Traia develops a workaround called the CDS (Coin Drop System). Due to a lifetime of debt and financial uncertainty, Crowe has developed a post-traumatic trigger toward the sound of jingling coins. Thus, when the Sphere's Curse begins to take hold of him, the sound of a dropped coin is used to bring him back to his senses. According to Asakim, the output of the Swaying Scales and the Inexhaustible Water Bearer share the same causality, which allows them to commune together in order to draw out the knowledge of the Origin Law to cure Esther's DMification.

- False Black Sheep (偽りの黒羊) is the Sphere of Aym Liared, representing Aries. It has the power to rewrite reality into becoming a "lie". Using this ability, Aym was able to change his own death at the hands of Asakim into a "lie", allowing himself to escape unscathed. Furthermore, Aym is able to use it to make his own appearance a "lie", enabling him to take on the appearance of others. Its Curse causes the user to become unable to distinguish truth from lies. Its powers are nullified by the Inquistive Goat, allowing Uther Insalaum to kill Aym once and for all.

- Inexhaustible Water Bearer (尽きぬ水瓶) is the Sphere of Uther Insalaum, representing Aquarius. It is a royal treasure of Insalaum, and an heirloom of the royal family. Uther is the first Saint King since the first who has been able to awaken it. According to Aym, it is the most difficult Sphere to awaken because it requires a willingness to give of himself. Aym's machinations brought Insalaum to the brink of ruin in order to goad Uther in drawing out its true power. Aym's goal in instigating the current chain of events is to prod Uther into further drawing out its power so that he can kill him and steal it. After being defeated by ZEXIS, Uther is murdered by Asakim who takes the Sphere for himself.

- Inquistive Goat (知りたがる山羊) is one of the Spheres possessed by Asakim Dawewin, representing Capricorn. It is activated by "curiosity" and functions by revealing falsehood and forcing others to tell the truth. Asakim willfully "sacrificed" himself to seal the third ZONE in order to gain access to the knowledge of the Taiji in order to discern the proper usage of this Sphere. Asakim uses it to nullify the powers of Aym's False Black Sheep, allowing Uther Insalaum to deliver the finishing blow. The previous owner was female.

- Ba'al is the catch-all term for the biological and physical beings that exist as natural enemies to sapient life. Intelligent life has supposedly been at war with them since the dawn of time. The Invaders and the Anti-Spiral Tribe are considered part of this.

- Black Knowledgeis a record of all events that have transpired in the past and future of the worlds. A number of characters have acquired it to some extent:

- Charles & V.V. plan to convert the human race into pure consciousness using the Sword of Akasha in order to escape the sorrowful future the BK warns of.

- Wiseman learned of the advent of a terrifying enemy that will signal the end of the universe. Attempts to undermine Relena's call to disarmament by hacking Veda and releasing classified information on the A-LAWS' atrocities in order to perpetuate the war. He wishes for mankind to evolve through constant battle in order to become strong enough to fight the Final Boss. Failing that, he brings the planet Quent to our solar system in order to entice Chirico to inherit his powers and knowledge in order to fight.

- Lord Genome acquired the Black Knowledge and chose to resist the fate it entailed. He fought alongside "the gods of light", "those who seek endless evolution", "those who sail the galaxy" and the Dimensional Generals against Ba'al. The Anti-Spiral Tribe, who learned of the potential ultimate end of the universe due to overuse of the Power of Spiral, turned against their allies and allied themselves with Ba'al. The allied forces were ultimately defeated, and the Spiral races were sealed on their respective planets. Lord Genome fell into despair and spent the next 1000 years keeping the Earth's Spiral races suppressed.

- Ji Adell Baenel and his ZEXIS world counterpart Elgan Laudic seemingly acquired the Black Knowledge. The former appears to have been driven to insanity by it and acquired a portion of the "Great Power", which allowed him to orchestrate the events of the first Z game. The latter chose to resist the ultimate fate and made preparations dating back centuries in order to protect mankind. He gave the VX to Carlos, predicting it would end up in the hands of a Sphere Reactor. He laid the groundwork for ZEXIS, an organization that would gather the most powerful swords of mankind. Even though he is currently being controlled by Ribbons Almark, he subtly made an addition to the Federation's charter that if ZEXIS is to be reformed, it can act as an independent force with the authority to police the Federation's actions.

- Gaiou is revealed to have been one of the Dimensional Generals and thus, would ostensibly have had access to the Black Knowledge. He lost his memories as a consequence of the abortive battle against Ba'al some thousands of years prior, and wandered the dimensions driven by an instinctive urge to grow stronger. He begins to regains his memories upon seeing the Getter graveyard on the Umbral Moon, and confirms his past by revisiting his past allies. As a survivor of the allied forces, he culls the weak and converts them into Dimensional Beasts in order to prepare a fighting force to face the coming evil. Though as he admits to his old friend(s) Baron Ashura, he does not believe he or anybody else can win.

- Dr. Hell's acquisition of the Knowledge allowed him to discover the location of the sunken Bardos Island begin plumbing its depths for the secrets of the Mycenae Empire. His goal is ultimately to conquer the world and unite it under his rule, in order to utilize all of mankind's means together to fight the enemy.

- Lelouch acquires some part of it after defeating Charles. Through it, he realizes what Elgan's master plan is, but does not reveal this information to the rest of ZEXIS. C.C. is implied to have it as well, as it is stated that the Code and the Black Knowledge are connected.

- Asakim most likely possesses it, by virtue of his very existence. Given his constant usage of the word "despair", it is entirely possible that his aim in gathering the Spheres is to end his own life so as to not have to bear witness to the ultimate end of the world. Or it could be that his goal involves using the Sphere to avert that future, with escaping the shackles of Naraka merely being a pretense. Or it could be that Asakim is just a stand-in for Master Therion since Green River won't stop pestering Terada about Demonbane.

- "The Gods of Light" (光の神々): My own personal theory would be Zeus and Apollonius. Zeus is one of the Mycenae Triumvirate, described as being an "all-knowing, all-powerful god", and his severed arm is the source of all Photonic Power. Meanwhile, Apollonius is the Shadow Angel of the sun, who went by the nom de guerre of the Solar Wings in life. This theory is given at least slight validation by the event in Scenario 44 whereupon Apollonius reveals that he has fought Ba'al before, and that the Getter Team were his "comrades who fought alongside of him until the ends of space and time". Could also include the Megadeuses, who are known to be part of the systems of the world.

- "The Warriors Who Seek Endless Evolution" (進化を求める戦士): The Getters and the Spiral Knights. Both Getter Rays and the Power of Spiral are described as being the powers of evolution, and Stinger claims that all who are touched by the power of evolution yearn to become an "infinite" existence.

- "Those Who Sail The Galaxy": Most likely the Vajra.

- The Dimensional Generals (次元の将): Four individuals capable of freely traversing the parallel worlds. They fought alongside the other heroes to defeat the forces of Ba'al countless eons ago. They are supposedly all dead with the exception of Gaiou, who lost his memories and wandered the worlds driven by an instinctive urge to grow stronger.

- Aym Liared: Defeated in battle by ZEXIS in the ruins of Tokyo. His False Black Sheep Sphere's powers are nullified by Asakim, who uses the Inquistive Goat Sphere to force the truth out of him. His real name is revealed to be Hamal Algo, who was originally a researcher who founded his entire career upon lies. After being forced to see his lies for what they are, he suffers a mental breakdown and is killed by Uther Insalaum, who takes his Sphere.

- Uther Insalaum: Defeated in battle by ZEXIS on the Martian surface, while attempting to use a final ZONE device in order to stage a final assault on the Earth. He is subsequently killed by Asakim, who takes his Sphere along with Aym's.

- Asakim Dawewin: Sacrifices himself to seal the third ZONE device, seemingly as a gesture of good will toward Crowe. However, it is revealed that he did so in order to immerse himself in the knowledge of the Origin Law and, in doing so, discern a means to defeat Aym and his False Black Sheep Sphere. He is subsequently freed from the dimensional interval by his comrade Gaiou, and his curiosity in plumbing the secrets of the Origin Law activates the Inquisitive Goat Sphere, allowing him to nullify all of Aym's powers. At the final battle on Mars, he is sealed by the three Sphere Reactors (Land, Setsuko and Crowe) in the ZONE but quips that he'll be back soon enough. As of the end of the game, he has four Spheres: Aries, Aquarius, Capricorn, and one unnamed Sphere.

(NdF.

- Carlos Axion Jr. - Former richest man in the world, who donated all of his money to the reconstruction effort as penance for his culpability in the Broken World Incident. Becomes a salaryman in the employ of Scoat Lab, acting as Esther's manager in her duties as a rookie DM Buster. Becomes rich again after playing the stock market in his spare time. He and Gaiou consider one another to be important friends, and the latter smashes the fourth ZONE device at Carlos' request. When the forces of Ba'al begin to stir, they part ways after promising to eat hotdogs together some day. Sacrifices himself utilizing Traia's prototype ZONE Breaker on the Limoncia ZONE device, as the device requires the life force of the user as catalyst. Upon being forced to reveal his motives by the Geass placed on him by Lelouch in Hakai-hen, he reveals his intention to leave Crowe with a debt he can never repay in order to reach Libra's highest element level.

0:50 in poi.

Story (In no particular order):

So evidently, the Final Boss of the Universe is partially explained by Lord Genome. Once upon a time, he fought alongside "the gods of light", "those who seek endless evolution", and the Dimensional Generals. Their enemy was Ba'al, which is a generic name for the "fated nemesis" of all that live. The Invaders are one aspect of their existence.

As for Ba'al, here is what I remember being said about them: "The name given to the biological and physical beings that exist as natural enemies to sentient life. Though it has been said that the entire galaxy has been at war with Ba'al since the distant past, all evidence is shrouded in mystery." When Rossiu asks for clarification, Lord Genome refers to Ba'al as simply being a "fated nemesis" of all intelligent life and that the Invaders and Anti-Spirals are counted among them.

During the battle, the Anti-Spirals realized that wanton use of the Power of Spiral would bring about the Spiral Nemesis. They fell into despair and the allied force crumbled. The Anti-Spirals sealed the remaining survivors on their respective planets to prevent them from endangering the world. The Human Extinction Program on Earth was set to activate when 10 billion humans are born, but it activates when the 5 billionth child is born.

This is due to the Abyss that connects the various worlds causing the Human Extinction Program to count the populations of both ZEUTH's world and ZEXIS' world. In other words, Anti-Spiral will be attacking both worlds in full force.

Anti-Spiral are considered part of Ba'al. When the allied force got ready to start fighting, the Anti-Spirals went "wait a second, this shit might trigger Spiral Nemesis" and kicked the shit out of the good guys and sealed them.

The Anti-Spirals were originally part of the Spiral Knights, until they realized the inherent dangers of overusing the Power of Spiral. So when the allied forces set out to fight Ba'al, the Anti-Spirals turned on them and defeated them. Lord Genome doesn't mention anything about turning on his allies (so far as I've seen) in the game. He just mentions that they were defeated, and made to taste true despair.

Wufei points out that all of the Black Knight's reasons for turning on Zero are irrelevant. The fact that he's a Britannian prince means nothing, since he has thus far delivered on all of his promises. The fact that he's magic is irrelevant, since half your fucking guys are. And furthermore, Zero is the commander of ZEXIS as a whole, not just the Black Knights so it's not their call to make. And yet, his plight falls on deaf ears because the Black Knights go full retard.

Wufei says that they're getting too caught up in the atmosphere (since Suzaku just nuked Tokyo) and letting their emotions get in the way. They want to liberate Japan, Zero is their best bet to do just that, but they're just looking for something to get angry at. Hell, somebody even mentions that Schneizel might be deliberately playing them for fools.

So far as I can tell, the Black Knights shoo Zero away and he goes off the grid while ZEXIS fights Charles and the Knight of One. And when he shows up again, he's Emperor Lelouch already. So it's less that ZEXIS turns on him, and more that the Black Knights are a bunch of tossers.

Oh, no. Apparently Lelouch shows up during the stage with Charles and does the whole "I played you all for fools" thing, before doing the little speech about "I am Lelouch vi Britannia, 17th son of the Emperor, the prince abandoned by the empire" and such. The Black Knights move to attack him, but Heero tells them that Charles is their enemy. Evidently a few of ZEXIS' members (Heero, Wufei, Kallen, and Chirico) immediately see through what he's doing, but keep their mouths shut.

Also, ZEXIS chooses not to side with either Lelouch or Schneizel, instead doing as Elgan intended and intervening as a third party. Treize assists Lelouch in taking the throne.

Hilariously, Heero and Wufei are present in the scene where Kallen goes up to Lelouch and basically asks him if he reciprocates her feelings.

Charles flees into the Thought Elevator in order to activate Ragnarok. All of the people marked with Stigmas (in other words, ZEUTH ZEXIS and Aym) are dragged into the Sword of Akasha along with Lelouch.

Dr. Hell wants to conquer the world so he can use all of Earth's means to fight against it.

Wiseman wants humanity to evolve through conflict in order to fight the Final Boss and, failing that, for Chirico to inherit his powers and knowledge to fight in his stead.

Lord Genome knows that the Spiral Nemesis is part of the Final Boss, and so works with Anti-Spiral to suppress all Spiral beings.

Charles and V.V. aim to convert humanity into pure will, so they can survive it.

And of course, Gaiou's purpose is revealed to be becoming strong enough to fight the Final Boss. His destruction of worlds and conversion of populations into DMs is to cull the weak and create strong allies to aid in his fight. Though as he reveals to Ashura, who is an old friend of his, he does not believe that he or anybody else can hope to win.

Aym's goal in instigating all of this buggery is to awaken the Inexhaustible Aquarius, which is the jewel of the Insalaum's royal treasure. It apparently originally belonged to the first Saint King, who used it together with the Seiouki to unite the world.

According to Aym, it's the most difficult Sphere to activate, since its powered by wishes and its side effects are potentially devastating. Due to the war with Gaiou, it's the most awakened of all of the Spheres he's encountered and he kicked off this latest shitfest in order to see how high Uther can take it.

[uther's] the 73rd Saint King of Insalaum, a parallel world that lost 60% of its population and some half of its surface fighting Gaiou.

Uther's the first Saint King since the first to be able to awaken the Sphere, apparently.

They were given some forbidden technology (such as the ZONE, which apparently stands for Zodiac Of New Energy) by Aym, and came to Earth to colonize it for their surviving citizens.

Basically, Aym just wants Uther to draw out the memories and knowledge of the Aquarius Sphere so that he can kill him and steal it. That way, he circumvents the Sphere's Curse.

Uther's pretty limp-wristed at first, letting the old crone do all of the heavy lifting for him until Crowe kills Geraud with the Librasta. Then he mans up, stops the pity party, and tries to become the king that his people needs.

[uther's] hardening of his heart doesn't preclude him from utilizing Anbrorn's borrowed technology, and he even locks up Marguerite when she reveals that Aym's been playing them for fools.

His own people turn on him because he's actively working to destroy ZEXIS' world to save his own. To say nothing of the moral gray area of essentially utilizing your own war casualties as mindless killing machines.

Unfortunately, [uther] also trying to trade the five billion lives of ZEXIS' world for the five hundred million lives of Insalaum. No matter how dire his own people's plight is, annihilating an entire world to save your own is pretty fucked.

His world has been destroyed because of Anbrorn's ZONE device which was meant to defeat Gaioh ended up completely fucking up everything instead, so Anbrorn strong-arms him into invading the world of ZEXIS and using the ZONE to fuse their world and ZEXIS's world, which would give the remaining people of Insalaum a new home but wipe out the other world.

Eventually, after getting yelled at by ZEXIS, and the death of Geraud, Uther decides he's had enough of being bossed around by Anbrorn and takes charge. After healing Esther, he declares it to be his last act of kindness, and resolves to harden his heart and do whatever it takes to restore his world, even if it means the destruction of another.

What makes it even sadder is that even though Uther's really trying his best, the Ark Sabers with him are losing faith in him because of Anbrorn's depraved actions. Just before the final fight against ZEXIS, the surviving Ark Sabers abandon Uther. The only ally Uther has left at that point is Marilyn, who is then killed by ZEXIS. Uther gets REALLY pissed off after that.

Uther's unit's full name is evidently Ji (The?) Insalius Arklynus.

Crowe's new debt comes from an entire highway full of motorists whose vehicles were wrecked by the Brasta's shockwaves, and he offered to pay for them.

The Sphere that Asakim obtained was a fake, which he later realized. Hence why he tells Crowe to be careful about a Sphere user hunting him.

Today we talk with Meji, the eldest Quentian.

From him, we learn that the Overmen (異能者) were born among the Quentians some thousands years ago seemingly as a means of fighting against Ba'al. However, the Quentians were terrified by their existence and buried their own civilization in an attempt to escape both Ba'al and the Overmen.

One of them, the supposed last surviving Overman is Wiseman. He acquired the Black Knowledge and has been instigating constant conflict in the Astragius Galaxy for at least the last three millenia, hoping to forge evolution in the fires of war. However now that the worlds have started slamming together, he realizes that his vision has been too narrow and is thusly extending his grasp to Earth as well.

To this end, he hacks Veda and seizes control of it in order to spread propaganda undermining the Sanc Kingdom's call for peace and keep the fires of war stoked. Meji states that Wiseman's call for Chirico to become his successor is a sign that bad things are now in motion.

Ribbons is bullshit about it. Wiseman walks right in and starts removing Veda's various levels of protection unimpeded. Hell, he even forces the Red Shoulder March to play on the Celestial Being's comm channels.

Wiseman apparently knew (due to the Black Knowledge and genre-savvyness) that Earth would be the center stage for the inevitable Final Boss fight, and so the mass transference of humans from Astragius to Earth was his doing.

He even moves Quent into our solar system so as to meet Chirico in person. No damned wonder he makes hacking Veda look like child's play.

Your guys ask Chirico if he's okay with accepting Wiseman's power, since it means that it will become his duty to perpetuate conflict forever. Chirico seems not only okay with it, but downright giddy at the prospect.

He tells Setsuna and Amuro that the world of Innovators and Newtypes will not come to pass. Neither still will Ribbons and the A-LAWS' world come to pass. Not while he, the son of God, have any say in the matter.

Zero, rather amusingly, muses to himself that even a man as great as Chirico could degenerate to such a level when tempted by power.

Ribbons pulls the gun on Amuro, who quips that if he's truly a True Innovator, to fight him without the handicap of the gun.

And then Furuya's voice achieves recursion, providing an ample distraction for Amuro to escape.

Chirico. Before the final battle with Ypsilon, Zero makes him a mission disk while they have a one-on-one conversation. And if you attack Chirico with Zero during the VOTOMS finale, Zero is angry that such a man was corrupted by power.

Wiseman is intending for Chirico to take his place and lead the primordial powers such as Spiral Power and Getter Rays in order to avert the future of despair.

When Chirico betrays him, Wiseman flips his shit and sends a bunch of ATs after him. He screams that Chirico is consigning their last hope and possibilities to oblivion for the sake of his own ego, and that he will punished eternally for that sin. Chirico tells him to shut up and then shoots him some more.

Chirico has the line that he says to Pailsen in Roots of Ambition that was muted as one of his attack quotes in the Rabidlydog.

"Even if it's God, I will not obey."

The Turn A guys started a farm on the outskirts of the dimensional barrier sealing off the interior of the Dark Continent. The Xabungle guys seemed to be operating a business of some sort in similar circumstances.

Ryouma, Hayato and Benkei get trapped in the mindfuck dimension and forced to confront their sins. Musashi is confirmed to have died off-screen, and hundreds of angry voices rise in a shout as I type this. With Michiru's help, they escape being finished off by Saotome. The Invaders wonder aloud what could be interfering with that space they created when... both Saotome and Nia scowl with hatred at the Aquarion.

Apollo(nius): "Ba'al... you really are beasts. You who cannot fathom the love and compassion of Man do not deserve to exist beneath the Sun. Ba'al, the Mechanical Angel Aquarion hereby refutes your existence! Behold! The power of mankind... and the power of life!"

Aquarion manifests the true Wings of the Sun and one-shots Saotome upside the head with the Solar Sword (complete with new animation!)

Ryouma thanks Apollo, who says he needs no gratitude. For the Getter Team are comrades who fought alongside of him unto the end of space and time. And he tells Ryouma that each and every life is its own Sun, and that it's time for Getter to show off its own sunshine.

Saotome and the boys try the trick that was used on them in the OVA, intercepting the Getter Team mid-gattai but it fails. However, Saotome laughs in their faces because the power of humans cannot defeat them. Apollo(nius) tells Ryouma to use the Sun, and Gou tells them to use the Stoner Sunshine.

They do, and even with the missing sketchy bit, it's pretty glorious. Saotome SARABAs at full power, and Metal Beast Dragon disintegrates. Gou and his friends go into Shin Dragon to stop it, with Gou falling into a false-death state upon success.

Gai fixes Black Getter so that the cockpits of the Jaguar and Bear machines can be piloted. And Boss comes running to tell them of the horrible news: another ZONE has cropped up.

Cut to the Palace Insalaum. Uther makes a proclamation that Ba'al will soon come for them, and that they need to hurry with the Rebirth of their world. When Anbrorn inquires as to the existence of Ba'al, he replies that they are the natural enemies of all that live and that the entire galaxy will soon be engulfed in an unending war. When she expresses amazement at his knowledge, he reminds her that the royal family has many secrets.

He asks her why dimensional technology is considered forbidden, but stops her before she can explain. The reasons don't matter. For the sake of Insalaum's future, they will throw open the forbidden door and reach for the future called Rebirth (再世). Because even when their world is restored, they will need to prepare for the final battle spelled out by the Black Knowledge.

The final ZONE is located in Limoncia, of course. The first defensive line will be Ywain, the Knight of Knights. The king himself with sortie in The Insalius Arklinus together with Marilyn to defend the final ZONE to the bitter end.

When Ywain is defeated at Insalaum's royal palace, he attempts to take you with him by using the Diarmuid's D-Extractor as a miniature ZONE. Eureka detects his sadness, blah blah blah, the Image show up and help you escape. He dies and the Diarmuid blows up, presumably blowing up more of their goddamn country.

Asakim sacrifices himself to seal the final ZONE, stating that he'll eventually be reborn within the currents of the Origin Law.

She gets charmed by Uther after he mans up and starts fighting earnestly for him, instead of screwing around like she always does, and dies fighting for his sake.

History:

Ba'al is the catch-all term for the biological and physical beings that exist as natural enemies to sapient life. Intelligent life has supposedly been at war with them since the dawn of time. The Invaders and the Anti-Spiral Tribe are considered part of this.

The Origin Law is omnipresent, existing within all matter and energy throughout the multiverse. Dimensional Energy is not created as Anbrorn and the High Knights believed, but merely unleashed. The Spheres function as "keys" to allow the knowledge and power of the Origin Law flow into the world. Acquisition of all twelve would expose the systems that hold the world together.

The Big Bang that created the multiverse and the ultimate end of the universe in the Spiral Nemesis are the two times when the Origin Law itself is laid bare and visible. It is the unstoppable, immutable power of Destruction (破壊) and Regeneration (再生).

Black Knowledge is a record of all events that have transpired in the past and future of the worlds.

Charles says that the Code is the same as possessing the Black Knowledge. Aym reveals that the Black Knowledge is the record of all events, past and future, of the worlds. It shares the same origin as the Spheres and the "great power".

Aym calls the Black Knowledge, "the root of despair and powerlessness."

Every person with access to the Black Knowledge is trying in their own way to resist the fate.

A number of characters have acquired it to some extent:

>Charles & V.V. plan to convert the human race into pure consciousness using the Sword of Akasha in order to escape the sorrowful future the BK warns of.

>Lord Genome acquired the Black Knowledge and chose to resist the fate it entailed.

>Ji Adell Baenel and his ZEXIS world counterpart Elgan Laudic seemingly acquired the Black Knowledge.

>Gaiou is revealed to have been one of the Dimensional Generals and thus, would ostensibly have had access to the Black Knowledge. Gaiou is therefore fighting to protect all of us from the Final Boss of the Universe. It's unfortunate then that his method of doing so is lay waste to worlds in order to cultivate strong allies out by violating its population.

>Dr.

>Lelouch acquires some part of it after defeating Charles. Through it, he realizes what Elgan's master plan is, but does not reveal this information to the rest of ZEXIS

"The Gods of Light" (光の神々): My own personal theory would be Zeus and Apollonius.

"The Warriors Who Seek Endless Evolution" (進化を求める戦士): The Getters and the Spiral Knights. Both Getter Rays and the Power of Spiral are described as being the powers of evolution, and Stinger claims that all who are touched by the power of evolution yearn to become an "infinite" existence.

"Those Who Sail The Galaxy": Most likely the Vajra.

The Dimensional Generals (次元の将): Four individuals capable of freely traversing the parallel worlds. They fought alongside the other heroes to defeat the forces of Ba'al countless eons ago. They are supposedly all dead with the exception of Gaiou, who lost his memories and wandered the worlds driven by an instinctive urge to grow stronger.

Anti-Spiral:

The Anti-Spiral Tribe refuses to use Spiral Power in order to fight, and therefore use the same Psychic Power that Zule and Muge use to fuel their powers. When Anti-Spiral is defeated in the world of negative emotions, he states that he would leave the rest to you, but it's already too late.

The Anti-Spirals cooperate with the Invaders because the Invaders use Getter Rays incorrectly. Rather than simply inundating themselves in the Getter and allowing evolution to take its course, they forcibly "evolve" themselves. To the Anti-Spirals, the Invaders are not "evolving" so much as they are simply growing bigger and more primal. After all, Stinger and Cohen are the only examples of sapient Invaders now that Saotome has SARABA'd.

"Correct" evolution is meant to be a slow process that increases not power and size (like in the case of Invaders), but all the attributes of a living thing. The Invaders do not contribute to Spiral Nemesis because they have no souls and therefore their rapid evolution does not increase entropy as much as a Spiral's would.

Anti-Spiral himself states that regardless of how much the Invaders evolve, they are mindless beasts and therefore can be easily dealt with at the moment of his choosing.

Insalaum:

The Holy Kingdom of Insalaum is the sovereign world-state occupying a parallel Earth.

They're intending to bring about "Regeneration" through massive quantities of Dimensional Energy. Activating the device will, according to Asakim, destroy 1/4th of the Earth's mass.

Technology:

ZONE (Zodiac of New Energy) is a "forbidden" technology that was leaked to Anbrorn Jius by Aym during the war against Gaiou.

[insalaum's] goal with the ZONE is to, so far as I can tell, fuse their own world with our world in order to restore Insalaum. This will result in the annihilation of our world. Meanwhile, Aym's own goal is to use them to fuse the worlds of Z and 2nd Z, for a reason that so far has just been along the lines of awakening Spheres.

ZONE Breaker, a device created by Traia to disrupt the ZONE. The device needs to be detonated at the ZONE to disrupt it. According to what Carlos said, Traia wasn't able to complete the full version in time for the ZONE. However, Carlos also did it with an ulterior motive. He wanted Crowe to bring the full potential of the Swaying Spheres out. So he sacrifices himself so that he puts a debt on Crowe's shoulders that he could never repay. The Swaying Scales draws power off resolve and Crowe's resolve is unbreakable when it comes to repaying his debt.

Furthermore, the ZONE Breaker uses a person's life as a catalyst so he had to die in order to use it.

After Carlos snuffs it, Aym talks shit about him and it puts Crowe in maximum rage mode and he hits Aym in the face with the Unbreakable Fulcrum.

D-Extractor is a technology that was leaked to Anbrorn Jius by Aym during the war against Gaiou.

ADAMAON

Artificial Damon's produced by crazy science bitch to try and help Uther stand against the ZEXIS forces and Gaioh.

Though originally thought to have been made because the science bitch was crazy, it turns out she was becoming a monster and doing such things only for the sake of Uther and her kingdom, even if it meant going down in history as a monster.

Abyss

Abyss is a rupture in the dimensional boundary line that connects the various worlds.

ZERO System and Twin Drive

Aeolia's plan was for both the Zero System and the Twin Drive to be integrated into a single unit. The reason for this is because the Trans-Am Burst conducts the emotions of the Innovator pilot. If an asshole like Ribbons does it, everybody will be affected by the mental interference. Therefore, the plan was for the pilot to have to have the mental strength to withstand the Zero System before they can use the Twin Drive.

But the professors from Wing realized that an "evil" person could just as easily overcome the Zero System as a "good" one. Furthermore, it wreaks havoc on the pilot's mind, and can easily cause a good person to turn bad as it screws with their psyche.

Therefore, they scrapped including the Zero System on the 00 Raiser and instead re-purposed it as a contingency plan in the event that CB goes rogue.

Spheres:

The Spheres are, so far as we know... the "memories" and the "knowledge" of the Taiji, who is referred to by a few characters as thought it is/was alive.

Well now, it appears the Sphere Reactors are a part of the Black Knowledge's chapter titled EVERYBODY DIES FOREVER.

If you killed an Awakened Sphere Reactor, you obtain the Sphere and gain access to the memories and knowledge (in other words, the special abilities) contained therein, without having to suffer the Curse.

Asakim uses the Inquisitive Goat (Capricorn) to overpower Aym's False Black Sheep and force him to tell the truth with no apparent ill effects.

Swaying Scales (揺れる天秤) is the Sphere of Crowe Broust, representing Libra.

Inexhaustible Water Bearer (尽きぬ水瓶) is the Sphere of Uther Insalaum, representing Aquarius.

False Black Sheep (偽りの黒羊) is the Sphere of Aym Liared, representing Aries.

Inquistive Goat (知りたがる山羊) is one of the Spheres possessed by Asakim Dawewin, representing Capricorn.

Stages:

OZ and A-Laws merged and Treize quit his post, but also gave Quattro the Licensor Status beforehand [stage 19]

apparently true innovator and zero system are part of aeolia plan also elgan(the guy who form ZEXIS) somehow always say the edel barnel few time, also he said something about D.O.M.E from zeuth world [stage 56 Normal Route]

What happened in Stage 57 was as follows:

- Lelouch enacts his Zero Requiem, which is a plan to "collect" all the hate in the world towards a single person, a common enemy, which is him.

- After you down his Damocles, he'll retreat to where the people are going to be executed, like in the final episode of Code Geass R2.

- Suzaku (dressed as Zero) arrives and stabs Zero, "killing" him.

- Later, Zero wakes up in the treatment room of the Ptolemaios 2. He was cured by those pods there.

- Suzaku tells him that the whole world saw Lelouch die, and a lot of the ZEXIS people tell him that they still need him as leader, but because Lelouch is dead, he'll have to be Zero for the rest of his life.

- JIBUN WOOOOO starts playing, and Lelouch accepts becoming Zero again.

The great thing about the normal route is that, after Zero Requiem (Stage 57), the people who condemned him (Ougi, Todoh) start to see the error in their ways and accept Zero's return to ZEXIS.

One good throwback to the anime is that there, Zero ranked his subordinates in stats, and there was a stat called "Loyalty". Tamaki (the guy with the bandana) was the lowest of them all, probably because Zero thought the guy was annoying and never looked at him like a good subordinate. However, in the anime itself, it's revealed he's the more loyal of Zero's subordinates (even more than Kallen). So, in the game, when Zero returns, Tamaki says "I always believe in you Zero, even when people said otherwise!", and Zero is taken aback by this. Pretty clever.

Also, a little before Zero Requiem, and in the stage itself, most of your people (even Ohgi), know something is amiss and aren't really buying into the Zero Requiem bullshit. You'll know these characters because when they fight Zero, they'll talk in reservation in the end (they'll talk in parenthesis, thinking to themselves). I think even Zero knows some of these guys aren't buying it.

Like people said on the last thread, Zero's best friends in ZEXIS are Chirico and Sumeragi (of all people). I loved when he accepted the mask back and COLORS started playing.

Later someone cooks something, and asks Zero to eat it. But since he's using his mask, he opens that eye port (from where he uses Geass).

What I loved about that scene is how Lelouch accepted his responsibility (he's a leader of ZEXIS, not just the Black Knights), and he still has something left to do. Also, his relationship with "Miss Sumeragi" and how Kallen is relieved now that he came back.

Basically before they launch, Loran was thinking about his promise to Dianna that he would not use the Moonlight Butterly system (he "sealed" it after Z1). However, when the third wave of mirrors came about, he realized he had no choice but to use it and he feels guilty about breaking the promise. However, Dianna called and tell Loran it was fine as he did not use it for evil purposes aka Gym. Setsuna and Tieria freaking out well ... I think they probably have not seen such power of destruction from a Gundam before.

White Fang is incorporated into Emperor Lelouch's forces. (Normal Route)

White Fang and A-LAWS collaborate, Libra and space happens nearly exactly as it was in show. (ZEXIS Route)

Relations:

Lockon, Crow and Duo are pretty close friends. Crow even has a support quote for Duo, of all people. He has one for Lockon too, but Duo's was a surprise.

Kallen and Chirico are good friends.

Kallen, Saji, Louise too. The people who studied in Ashford together seem to be amiable to each other. Kouji makes a comment about this if you fight Lelouch with him.

Zero and Sumeragi.

Getter Team and Simon.

The people of General Company (Watta), Zambot 3, Daitarn 3 and Dai-Guard are pretty good friends too.

Kamille and Setsuna. Kamille acts like a "mentor" to Setsuna on Newtype matters.

Michel doesn't trust Lockon at first, but after the Rook Damon mission, where the three snipers have to disable him first, he starts to trust him.

Kamina and Ryouma started out as rivals but ended up being bros. Same thing for Sheryl and Kamina.

Rand and Gain are bros. Gainer, Renton (the original, at least: he calls Gainer "big brother") and Garrod are bros too.

Maybe Banjo and Roger.

Patrick treating Zechs as his rival (he says it on those words). Zechs is annoyed by him at first, but is more amiable towards him in Saisei-hen.

In one of the first stages, Guilford (Cornelia's knight from Code Geass) calls Patrick "The Immortal Colasour" and Patrick wonders how did he learn his nickname.

Conversations:

Aoyama: What's so good about that guy (Crowe) anyways?

Esther: I..I don't really think anything of them.

Aoyama: Oh, I was talking to Marguerite over there

Marguerite: there is nothing between us

Akagi : you gotta be kidding me ! (saying Aoyama is right, Marguerite has a thing for Crowe)

Aoyama: so you are just waiting for your chance to strike?

Klan: So Arc Sabers have pretty bad taste in men.

Marguerite: I'm a knight, there is no different between man or woman

Kei: So you are not a man nor a woman?

Pierre: huh? I can't tell just by looking at you

Klan: where did you guys come from?

Robia: We won't let this chance to confirm go to waste

Michel: He's right about that

Marguerite: stop, don't come any closer

Gain: don't worry, we won't do anything to you

Masato: If you really think there is a difference between men and women then you wouldn't mind

Marguerite: no....no...get away

Athrun: What are you guys doing?

Athrun: Marguerite is clearly a woman, you guys should be embarrassed

Kei: We are just joking around

Gain: We are just trying to get her to relax....maybe we took it a little bit too far

Athrun: As long as you guys know that's fine

Shin: Good going Athrun

Athrun: I can't have people think that I'm a pervert/predator forever

Charles, to Crowe: "Traitor... now that I possess the Code, I

finally understand how dangerous your kind truly are. That's why I

must hurry, in order to escape the future of despair."

Charles VS Newtypes: "I can feel it... the seedling of new power within

you. It's a shame. If all humans were like you, then perhaps I

would need to rethink my plan."

Series Connections:

Sumeragi wrote a thesis back in university about combat with unmanned units

That ended up as concept Mobile Dolls for AEU/OZ and Sumeragi quits AEU/OZ

And they decided to put them in stuff found from ZEUTH's world

The game tied in Charles and C.C. to the plot by making the Code be a mark of the Black Knowledge. As of the time of Charles' death in the Sword of Akasha, both Lelouch and C.C. now know about the ultimate end of the universe and the former at least is trying to think of a way to avert it.

Also, the power of Geass is revealed to share the same roots as the Overmen of VOTOMs: an ability that exists so that humans may protect themselves from Ba'al.
