DC’s Batman/Superman comic returns in 2022 from legend Mark Waid

DC’s oldest team up book will return in 2022 with a new creative team. Readers will be able to get a first taste of Waid and Mora’s plans for the Dark Knight and the Man of Steel in the back up story Detective Comics #1050, due out on Jan. 25, 2022. Mora has already released a peek at the classic Batman and Superman looks he’s using for the story.
But, Polygon can reveal, Waid and Mora’s Batman and Superman will burst out of Detective Comics and into their own series in March. Batman/Superman: World’s Finest #1 will hit shelves on March 15, 2022, with variant covers by Mora, Jim Lee, Stanley “Artgerm” Lau, Jason Fabok, Evan “Doc” Shaner, Lee Weeks, and twin covers from Chip Zdarsky.

il cazzutissimo thomas wayne è una delle cose più affascinanti dei fumetti di batman e quel biglietto per il "figlio" è un momento bellissimo per la storia di bruce. avercene di letture così...

A new  Dark  Army  made  up  of  the  DCU’s  greatest  villains  has  formed  on  the  edges  of  the  Multiverse and the best and most powerful heroes are pulled together in an epic war to push the darkness back. In the end, the Justice League are killed by the Dark Army with only one survivor to warn the remaining heroes of Earth about what is coming for them!

“Being able to draw the Justice League is always exciting, they are just the greatest superhero team of all time,” said Sandoval. “We will see a great evil coming out of the darkness and more dark characters that will be revealed very soon. Williamson però ha fatto cose molto buone. Ho letto il suo IF, sto leggendo Flash e oggi vorrei iniziare il suo Batman. Per ora mi è piaciuto tutto. Imho una speranza gliela si può dare. 

Comunque notare che c'è una bara di LV e le uniche a mancare sono Stewart e Gardner. Io punto su Stewart. Williamson mi pare faccia sempre qualche aggancio alla roba di Morrison, quindi..

Pensavo la stessa cosa, Stewart negli anni e' diventata la Lanterna che piu ha militato nella League, comunque piu che morte credo che si scoprira' che sono prigionieri in qualche posto o dimensione, e torneranno nel girp di 5 o 6 numeri, piuttosto trovo curioso che si veda Black Adam, ma non Billy Batson nell'immagine

Si vede che si stanno preparando per il film, spero comunque che Billy ritorni o perlomeno faccianp storie sulla Marvel familiy nella loro terra originale

La situazione di Captain Marvel da n52 in poi è stata sempre più sfigata e posta in sordina. Non lo so. Potrebbe essere uno di quei pg che ormai vedremo solo come comparsa o al cinema.

sono passati 10 anni dall'inzio di new 52 e 5 dalla sua conclusione. si può dire che quella pratica sia finita da un pezzo...

Non lo so. Metal e DKMetal prendono a piene mani da N52. Infatti Metal si apre in uno scenario dove Red Tornado praticamente non è mai esistito, la JL è ha ancora la composizione di Johns e non ricordo cos'altro. Se mai quella pratica dovesse essere davvero chiusa, sarebbe dopo Death Metal(conclusasi quindi poco fa). Ma ora, con l'omniverso, sono tutte pratiche aperte. Tant'è che hanno ripescato, ancora una volta, Thomas Wayne (cos'è, la sua quinta/sesta apparizione con un ruolo da comprimario?)

forse un giorno se ne riparlerà ma ricordati che con rebirth c'è stato il passaggio di consegne effettivo. dopodichè mi sembra ci fosse altro prima di infinite frontier ma mi sfugge il nome (metal era una "costola" di un certo periodo ed essendo batman è pure storia a sè). adesso siamo a questa svolta, quindi della proverbiale acqua sotto ai ponti ne è passata abbondantemente...
